Your placement of an order on www.bcexpress.com.au will be deemed to be acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Conditions of Order Placement
Our website allows you to view an instant online proof of your printed item and also allows you to design your print item online using our Designer Tool, enabling you to use one of our design templates or design from a blank sheet. Once you have finalised a design, placed the order and made your payment no further changes can be made to the order. When approving your design you are held fully responsible for accepting all content. This includes design, spelling, grammar and numbers. We will print exactly what is accepted in the final proof (within the red dotted line). No reprints at our expense will be printed.
Prices
Our prices are detailed on the website. We reserve the right to revise prices without notice but all orders will be delivered at the price displayed to the customer at the time of ordering.
Turnover & Delivery
Standard Turnaround is 2 working days (Plastic business cards and magnet business cards are printed and delivered within 4 working days). There are also the express print options of 1 working day and Sameday (Sameday orders must be made before before 12.00pm (EST) only). Please also allow an additional 1 working day if choosing one of our shipping options. Orders will be ready to pick up (at 3pm) or shipped on the amount of working days chosen by the customer unless prior agreement has been made with Business Card Express Australia P/L. Working days/hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (closed on public holidays). All orders are processed on working days only. Exact delivery dates/times can not be guaranteed. We use Toll Priority for shipping all orders except when shipping to a PO Box (express post). There are 2 Toll Priority shipping options, Signature and No Signature. Toll Overnight Signature is suited for customers that will have someone present to receive the package. If no one is present the courier will leave a calling card and the package will be taken back to the Toll Priority office. A $20 fee will incur to ship the goods again. Toll Overnight No Signature is suited for customers that might not have someone present to receive the package. If no one is there the courier will leave the package at the front door or at reception in the safest spot possible. We do not take responsibility for the package if it goes missing once left at the address. Deliveries can be tracked through their website www.tollpriority.com.au. Toll priority usually deliver in 1 working day Australia wide. Please note: Parcels weighing more than 3kgs shipped outside of Victoria will take approximately 5 working days.
Customer Satisfaction
Our aim is to ensure our customers receive the highest quality print products. We print using the latest technology to ensure a high quality finish. Factors outside our control are:
a) The quality of the image a customer may upload.
b) Computers used by our customers whose settings may vary and therefore the uploaded image may display differently from one computer to another.
c) Colour variation. Print colour may vary from different printing processes and paper stocks, from time to time, and from print to print. While our team at Business Card Express Australia pride’s itself on colour matching from proof to finish, an exact match is not guaranteed.
d) Trimming of printing products may shift up to 1mm in any direction.
In the event you receive print which you consider unsatisfactory, you should return them to the office. If, in our assessment, and after allowing for the above, the complaint is justified we will offer replacement cards or a full refund.
Secure Payment Gateway
Paypal process all our online payments. They offer a secure payment gateway system and at no time do Business Card Express Australia P/L have any access to the payment details provided by our customers. Your order will automatically be sent for processing once payment has been successfully confirmed. The following payment cards are accepted: MasterCard and Visa.
Data Privacy
Business Card Express Australia P/L adheres to the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 and we will not use the customer information provided for any other purpose other than for the fulfillment and delivery of the order.
Customers Obligations
We ask customers not to upload unlawful or offensive images or material which could be damaging to third parties. In addition we ask customers not to upload images or text for which they do not have proper rights.
